I’m Bretton Hamilton, a Game Designer and Design Director with 10+ years of experience creating games with teams around the world.
 

I’ve been making games and telling stories since childhood, starting with card games, handmade board games, and strange little worlds built in level editors. That curiosity has grown into a career designing immersive systems, memorable player experiences, and solutions to complex creative problems.
 

My design practice is shaped by a wide appetite for play, but also by life outside of games. I look for inspiration in film, books, art, conversations, and long walks through the woods. I believe the best game design comes from paying close attention to how people feel, explore, struggle, connect, and imagine.
